...These are the ingredients which are indispensable to a stay which will bring
you to the discovery of the typical tastes of the Amalfi Coast.
The genuine products cannot but emphasize the tasty dishes prepared in the respect
of the local gastronomic tradition. Amongst our specialities: dressed pork products,
goat cheese, hand-made pasta, "farro e fagioli", "caponata", parmigiana of aubergines
or vegetable marrow, fried pumkin flowers, barbecue of mixed meat with pork chops,
rabbits and chickens farm grown.
All this is accompanied with seasonal vegetables and fruit, strictly of our own
production, and by a good wine, red or white, obtained from our grape-vine. Last
but not least, to make a pleasant and appetizing awakening, home-made sweets- amongst
which a tasty lemon cake and delicious marmelades made from our citrus fruits, prunes,
pears and grapes.
COOKING COURSE
For those who enjoy good food and are interested in discovering the secrets of the
mediterranean diet, famous for its singleness and naturalness, our farm organises
interesting cooking lessons with "la Signora Maria".
All the partecipants of the course, through lessons of theory and practise, will

and will prepare with their own hands the dishes which will be eaten at the end
of each lessonh on the beautiful panoramic terrace.
The courses are held all over the year except August and holiday
periods and it is possible to choose between two types:
DEMONSTRATION LESSON
For those with little time available, but who do not wish to refrain from apprehending
the basics of mediterranean cooking.
Duration: 1 lesson of 4 hours

Cost: € 150 per person - min 2 persons
INTENSIVE COURSE
dishes proposed.
Duration: 3 lessons of 4 hours
11.00-15.00
Cost: € 220 per person
DEMONSTRATION LESSON
- Meeting at the farmhouse with a welcome drink;
- Theory lesson on the recipes presented and the ingredients used followed by a demonstration
of the various phases of the preparation of the dishes;
- All together for the sampling of the tasty dishes prepared by la Signora Maria!
