We came here on the recommendation of many on Tripadvisor, and we knew we'd struck gold on soon as we arrived. What a fantastic warm reception we were given by a truly hospitable family - great ambassadors of true Italians. The view is picture perfect. The food was delicious - our favourites were the lemon gnocchi, lemon tiramisù and the tastiest lemon cheesecake we have ever eaten.

It is coming up to be our first year wedding anniversary. Flicking through the most amazing wedding album, we are giggling about our fabulous time in that little quaint villa on the top of the hill. This is the nearest place to heaven I hav eever been. The whole esperience cannot be put into adequate words to describe the accommodation, organic produce, Maria's cooking and Vincenzo's cheeky smile.

Michele has worked hard to make us feel at home and his service is to be applauded.

We had read the reviews of Villa Maria but nothing could prepare us for this wonderful place. Vincenzo gives such a warm welcome, Maria's cooking is "out of this world" (as someone in Minori said "she is a very special woman) and Michele has looked after us so well.

The rooms are delightful and the food has been amazing. Minori is a heavenly place - everyon eis so friendly and helpful and in our view it is the nicest town on the Amalfi coast.

Our "Lemonwedding" on june 11th in Villa Maria has been fantastic. Our 53 guests who came from all over Europe can't stop talking about this lemon paradise, the delicous food, the great view, the kindness of Maria, Vincenzo and all the others. Thank you so much for making this possible! It was exactly what we were dreaming of! Yet we are missing Minori and can't wait to come back. Saluti di cuore!

siamo appena tornati dalla nostra vacanza in costiera amalfitana e ci sentiamo, senza ombra di dubbio, di consigliare l'agriturismo Villa Maria per un soggiorno in questa splendida terra. E' in una posizione con una meravigliosa vista su Minori, contornato da piante di limoni che inebriano con il loro profumo. La simpatia di tutta la famiglia e la cucina da oscar fanno della struttura un luogo da non perdere se si pensa di soggiornare in costiera. Non consigliato a chi ha problemi di deambulazione per la scalinata che porta alla struttura ma che è un aiuto per chi vuol poi cenare senza sensi di colpa gustando gli ottimi piatti che prepara la signora Maria.

A place in heaven! - We have spent the Easter Week at Villa Maria. What a calm, clean, and friendly environment. Maria is a terrific cook, the dinners were the best we ever had, not even reached by any *****hotel. Vincenzo is a very courteous and attentive host, and by the way, he is a dedicated cross mountain Fiat Panda driver. The meals are prepared by their own products, and the whole plave is run by the family and a few friends, so it cannot be an more personal. Minori is a little off regarding the main touristic stream, so it is the perfect place to stay and nevertheless having easy access to the more common showplaces and focusses of general sightseeing interest. Amalfi, Capri, Ravello, Napoli, Pompei, and the volcano Vesuvio are in bus, boat, and car driving distance. The people at the Costiera Amalfitan are very polite and helpful, it's an irritant rumor, that you should not drive a car in the narrow roads. We took home some limoncello from Villa Maria, and at home it tastes as good as in Minori. Thanks to all the family for taking care of us. We will see you again for sure. Nadia's, Pasquale's, Danilo's and Little Miriam's warm welcome, the kind treat we daily received from Vincenzo, the authentic and humorous stories we heard from him and from Maria, together with the delicious dinners that she prepared; the view that surrounded us and the peaceful atmosphere enabled us to spend an ideal vacation while visiting and enjoying the beauty of the whole area. We love Villa Maria for many reasons. The food is a gastronomic feast for the senses. The location stunningly beautiful. But above all are the people. We adore Alfonso; Maria is the most talented cook producing amazing delicious dishes every time. John particularly loved the fried zucchini flowers, and sarchiapone, our children loved the vongole. We were completely charmed by the hospitality of Danilo, nadia and Pasquale. We enjoyed lots and lots of wine. We are running out of adjectives to describe our experience here - truly outstanding! Maria e Vincenzo? Ecccezzzionali!!!

A Maria, la mia riconoscenza per la sua generosità che si esprime nella sua cucina prelibata e nella sua raffinatezza d'animo. A Vincenzo, grazie per il suo coraggio e la gioia di vivere.

Triangolo di luci, Minori sale il buio alle case. Aristocratici riflessi oltre il nero nascosto blu e verde, un fiore di plastica rosso, filari di limoni accanto alla fiamma accompagnano la mano dell'infanzia.

Qui ho imparato almeno due cose: -quanta forza può esserci nel credere nelle proprie idee e convinzioni (leggi, Vincenzo) -se la cucina è un'arte Maria ne è una delle migliori interpreti.

Siamo stati solo tre giorni, ma non potevamo trovare migliore ospitalità . Complimenti alla signora Maria per l'ottima cucina e al signor Vincenzo per la disponibilità  e la calorosa accoglienza in una cornice così bella da non crederci! Grazie.
